**Procurement of a service provider to renovate the Megabags facility at UmkhondenI, including civil, stormwater, brickwork, carpentry, roller shutters and cladding works.** Suitable for building refurbishment contractors with CIDB Grade 1GB or higher and relevant health, safety and statutory qualifications.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration: active Grade 1GB or higher.  
- Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; CSD registration if applicable; separate PINs for JV/consortia.  
- Legal/registration documents: company registration (CIPC); SBD 1 and SBD 4 completed; attendance at compulsory site briefing (records required).  
- Insurance: Public liability insurance (min R2,000,000) or equivalent proof of capability.  
- Site readiness: COIDA good standing or equivalent; valid declarations to avoid disqualification.  
- Returnable documents: CVs for key personnel; method statement and project programme; CIDB details; proof of good standing.  
- Preference: claim points for specific goals (Black ownership, Women, Youth, People with disabilities) with certified documentation.
