- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or TCS certificate; if foreign, POPIA compliance and related processes apply; where applicable, CSD number if no TCS. 
- POPIA supplier notice/consent form and data processing implications acknowledged. 
- Subcontracting proof if applicable. 
- The service provider must have approved operational premises and relevant accreditation; SAWS may conduct due diligence/site visit. SLA required with a supplier performance scorecard. 
- Deliverables must include job evaluation of four positions, a results report, and a presentation (online or face-to-face). Payment terms: 30 days from invoice.
