**SAFCOL invites bids for the appointment of a service provider to execute white boxing of the 3rd floor of the Nelspruit Operational Office – ABSA Square Building.** The scope is interior demolition/fit-out to return the floor to an open shell, including removal of partitions, floor coverings, doors, kitchen fittings, and installation services, with handover upon completion. Eligible bidders should have building refurbishment/construction capability and hold CIDB 1GB or higher, COIDA good standing, SANAS-accredited BBBEE verification or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit, a valid tax clearance, and CSD registration, plus compliance with SAFCOL SCM policies.   - Provide company registration documents and ID copies of directors
- Mandatory technical qualifications:
  - Valid COIDA good-standing letter
  - CIDB registration 1GB or higher
  - Minimum two completion certificates or client references for similar work
- Financial and capacity requirements:
  - Latest tax clearance and BBBEE certificate
  - CSD report (or MAAA number)
  - Evidence of financial capacity (recent bank statement or funding letter)
  - CVs for key personnel (Site Agent, Health and Safety Officer)
  - Proof of locality (municipal address)
