**Appointment of a service provider to execute white boxing of the 3rd floor of the Nelspruit Operational Office – ABSA Square Building.** This is a construction/fit-out demolition and restoration project. Bidders should be building/construction firms with CIDB 1GB+, valid tax clearance, SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit), CSD registration, at least two similar-completion references, and health/safety capability. Scope is to restore the space to open shell, removing partitions, finishes, services, and handover to the client. #### Requirements
