## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to execute white boxing of the 4th floor of the Nelspruit operational office – ABSA Square Building.** Open to contractors with CIDB 2GB or higher and proven experience in building removals/fit-out works, including partition demolition, walling, floor coverings, M&E decommissions, and site restoration. Bidders must meet SAFCOL’s local-content and transformation targets and demonstrate capacity to deliver within the project timeline.

Documents indicate NEC4 ECC4 Short Contract terms apply (start two weeks after signing; 12-week completion) and a detailed price schedule (see NEC4 and pricing data in the attached documents).

#### Requirements
- CIDB: 2GB or higher; valid registration.  
- Health, safety and environment: COIDA good standing; health and safety induction on site.  
- Financial: bank statement not older than a week or confirmed funding; tax clearance.  
- Compliance: SARS taxPin/CSD registration; SBD forms; company/consultant registrations; IDs for directors.  
- References: minimum 3 completion certificates or letters for similar works.  
- Local/Transformation: minimum 51% black ownership; 30% black women; 51% black youth; 51% people with disabilities; 100% local direct employment; monthly reporting on secondary procurement.  
- Documentation: BBBEE certificate or SANAS-approved affidavit; returnable documents per RFQ.
