- Compliance: SBD 4; company registration (CIPC); tax clearance or SARS pin; CSD registration
- Security: SA nationals; staff security screening as per The Presidency policy
- Standards: ISO 22301 and Good Practice Guidelines 2023
- Contract terms: commence after Purchase Order; provide CVs/qualifications for any changes
- Evaluation: 60/100 minimum; 80/20 or 90/10 preference system with specific goals (women, youth, PWD)
