## Summary

#### Overview
**The Presidency seeks a service provider to facilitate a one-month BCM Champions training workshop to support organisational BCM performance and resilience.** Suitable bidders are BCM training professionals with at least 5 years’ facilitation experience, knowledge of ISO 22301, and membership of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI); South African nationals are required. #### Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ BCM training facilitation; reference letters from the past 5 years.
- Facilitator: bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in risk management or BA/Management; must be a BCI member (MBCI); provide copies of qualifications and membership.
- Demonstrated 5+ years’ BCM training experience with CVs and client references.
- Provide a detailed project plan/methodology (attach). 
- SA national, security screening of personnel, and related documentation.
- Complete pricing schedule (Annexure A) and include VAT details.
- Administrative/compliance: tax clearance, CSD registration, CIPC company registration, SBD4 disclosure.
- ISO 22301 and Good Practice Guidelines (GPG 2023) compliance.
- If project team changes occur, supply detailed CVs and qualifications for new members.
