**Appointment of a service provider to facilitate a two-day strategic planning session for the Board and Senior Management on 02–03 September 2026.** The RFQ (SAWS, up to R500 000, RFQ 4579/26) targets firms with board facilitation, strategic planning, and executive-session delivery capabilities, able to design and run a two-day session and provide outcomes documentation. Submissions are invited from qualified service providers; briefings are not mandatory.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrate experience in facilitating board-level strategic planning and delivering structured outputs.
- Tax/compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or a printed TCS certificate; where relevant, provide CSD number; separate TCS for joint ventures/sub-contractors.
- B-BBEE: provide valid B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit; points allocated for BBBEE under Annexure F.
- Subcontracting: if applicable, submit proof of subcontracting arrangements.
- Premises and accreditation: have approved operational premises with necessary infrastructure and relevant accreditation; SAWS may conduct a due diligence site visit.
- Supplier performance: upon award, sign an SLA and provide a performance scorecard measuring service delivery.
- Data/privacy: complete POPIA supplier notice/consent form.
- Documentation: bid responses must use official forms (e.g., Annexure A, B, C, F, G, H, I) and initial all pages.
