**Appointment of a service provider to facilitate structured business training under the New Venture Creation framework for Zimele Traders Fund beneficiaries.** The trainer will work with 385 beneficiaries across KwaZulu-Natal, delivering 1-day modules on topics such as business management, financial management, stock and pricing, marketing, and compliance, with IsiZulu-speaking facilitators familiar with KwaZulu-Natal. #### Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in small business training; supporting documentation.  
- 3 reference letters not older than 3 years; include project timeframe.  
- Accredited to facilitate New Venture Creation Courses (cfo code – sp 210401); supporting documentation.  
- Fluent in IsiZulu; familiarity with KwaZulu-Natal context.  
- Provide 1-day training for SMMEs on key topics; deliver 400 training manuals, 400 branded notebooks/pens, flip charts/markers, etc.  
- Reporting: post-session reports within 5 working days; closeout report within 30 days after completion.  
- Compliance: must be registered on CSD; SARS tax compliance with PIN; separate TCS for joint ventures/consortiums; if no TCS but CSD, provide CSD number.  
- General procurement rules apply (no conflicts of interest, no state employees, etc.).
