- Provide comprehensive corporate details (registered name, registration number, tax status, country of incorporation, contact and management details) and evidence of experience in the security/training sector.
- Demonstrate compliance with data protection, information security, ethics and integrity policies, including  sub-processor arrangements and breach reporting capabilities.
- Include financial standing information (tax status and verification; confirmation of returns) and disclose any insolvency, liquidation, or ongoing litigation.
