**Appointment of a service provider to facilitate the improvement and maintenance of the current status of the Ideal Health Facility Realisation and Maintenance Programme in clinics, community health centres and district hospitals for a period of three (3) years.** Open-tender. Suitable for service providers with health-system strengthening, quality-improvement (QI) expertise in PHC facilities and hospitals, and proven facilitation, supervision, and training capabilities (see attached BID DOCUMENT for specifics).

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in implementing a Quality Improvement Programme in PHC facilities and hospitals, with reference letters and completion letters.  
- Sufficient key personnel with relevant qualifications; Health Manager/Coordinator role required, SAQA-recognised qualification in Public Health or related field, with CVs showing relevant experience.  
- Facilitators must have professional registration where applicable (per Addendum).  
- Tax and supplier compliance: SARS PIN, or a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate; if part of a JV/consortium, each party must provide its own TCS/CSD.  
- Compliance with GCC/SCC, provide performance security within 30 days of award.  
- Mandatory briefing attendance and ability to deliver across facilities nationally.
