## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of Microsoft 365 E5 licensing renewal for four months, including related licenses and implementation/support services.** BankSETA invites RSA-based Microsoft Licensing Resellers or Microsoft Cloud Solutions Providers to supply 150 Microsoft 365 E5 licences, 5 Visio Plan 2 licences, 10 Planner/Project Plan 3 licences, and 6 Teams Phone Resource Accounts, plus 100 hours of implementation, configuration and maintenance support for four months, at Eco Origin Office Park, Centurion. (see RFQ pack)

#### Requirements
- Bidder must be a Microsoft Licensing Reseller or Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider; if indirect through a distributor, proof of distributor authorization is required.  
- Provide CSD Master Registration and confirm tax status; BankSETA will check the CSD status (and requires CSD registration).  
- Quotation must be on bidder letterhead; complete and submit Returnable Documents (e.g., SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and Returnable Schedules; pricing must be in the specified format.  
- Deliverables include 150 M365 E5 licences, Visio Plan 2, Planner/Project Plan 3 licences, Teams Phone Resource Accounts, and 100 hours of support; four-month contract with adjustable licences as required.  
- Compliance with POPIA, confidentiality, and integrity obligations; correct completion of BankSETA preference points form; bidders may be required to substantiate preference claims.
