#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to hire, oversee audio visual and live streaming for graduations at the Central University of Technology for a period of 36 months, as and when required.** Bidders should be experienced AV/livestream service providers with capacity to deliver end-to-end event production, including equipment hire, on-site supervision, and multiple-campus support. #### Requirements
- Proven experience delivering AV hire and live streaming for graduation or equivalent large events; provide references.  
- Capacity to hire, oversee, install, test, operate equipment and manage on-site staff across CUT campuses for 36 months.  
- Ability to provide end-to-end service, including contingency planning and management of subcontractors if needed.  
- Compliance with PURCO SA procurement processes and CUT empowerment objectives (including potential JV with an empowerment company).  
- Eligibility to participate in PURCO SA processes, including information-session attendance and document access.
