TCTA seeks design, implementation, configuration, integration and 3 years of post-implementation support for a cloud-based PAM with 100 licenses across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments. The solution must provide centralized governance, credential vaulting, RBAC, Just-In-Time/Just-Enough-Access, privileged session monitoring, audit trails, and IAM/SIEM integration, with administrator training for 10 TCTA officials and 300 post-implementation support hours.
