- Tax/compliance: VAT/CSD registration, SARS PIN or TAX CLEARANCE; if in a consortium, separate PIN/CSDS for each party.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and good standing with SARS.
- Complete and sign SBD 1 (with supporting resolution) and SBD 4 (declaration of interest).
- Compliance with COIDA.
- Compliance with PFMA/SCM rules; no disqualifications for state service personnel.
- Note: The successful bidder will need to sign SBD 7 (Contract Form) if awarded.
