#### Requirements
- Five-year operating lease for office space in Pretoria; space planning and tenant installation coordination required.
- Target facilities: ~1,500 m² total area (1,300 m² usable + 200 m² storage), plus 75 dedicated parking bays; secure, accessible building.
- Building/fit-out specs: backup water (10,000 L), backup power for at least 2 hours, 24-hour security, CCTV, access control, lifts, fibre/high-speed connectivity, HVAC, fire compliance (SABS 0400, SANS 204), suitable for SAFCOL operations.
- Operating costs: pro-rata shares for water, electricity, sewage, refuse, meter fees, and tenant-specific costs; VAT included where applicable.
- Compliance: B-BBEE (certificate or sworn affidavit), CSD/TAX status, sign-off on official forms (SBDs), space for tenant installation/fit-out; PPPFA and GCC adherence; confidentiality and procurement rules.
- Evaluation: conformance with specifications; 80/20 (price to specific goals) preference scoring; possible pre-award site checks and benchmarks.
