**Appointment of a service provider to maintain and service the Gas Suppression system for CMS premises for a period of three years.**  
Who should bid: service providers with CIDB Specialist Works (SF) registration 1SF or higher, technicians registered with SAQCC Fire Detection and SAQCC Gas Suppression, proven fire-detection/gas-suppression maintenance experience, and able to meet B-BBEE, CIDB and tax/compliance requirements.

#### Requirements
- CIDB registration: current, in Specialist Works (SF) class, grade 1 SF or higher.  
- SAQCC certificates: technician(s) for Fire Detection and Gas Suppression with Commissioner status.  
- Experience: minimum two reference letters for Fire Detection and two for Gas Suppression (2018–date).  
- Compliance: Public liability cover (≥ R5,000,000) and COIDA Letter of Good Standing.  
- Tax/registrations: SARS PIN; CSD registration number; tax-compliant.  
- Submit mandatory documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; proof of CSD, B-BBEE certificate/sworn affidavit; IDs for directors; CIDB certificate; SAQCC certificates.  
- Pricing: compulsory pricing schedule (Major/Minor services, transport, mark-up; emergency rates).  
- Miscellaneous: compliance with GCC, CMS terms, and non-state employee restrictions.
