## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to maintain the IDC’s Building Management System (BMS).** The IDC seeks ongoing maintenance, monitoring and support for its BMS across IDC facilities, using Distech ECB-650/ECX-400 controllers and related equipment. Eligible bidders should have proven BMS maintenance/installation capability with Distech platforms, BACnet/MSTP and Modbus networks, and be able to enter into an SLA and participate in supplier development.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience maintaining large-scale BMS environments, especially with Distech ECB-650/ECX-400 hardware.
- Ability to sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with IDC and provide a performance scorecard.
- Tax compliance status (SARS) with written confirmation as part of the tender response.
- Bid must be authorised by signatories with board resolutions (certified copies required).
- Willingness to engage in IDC Enterprise and Supplier Development initiatives if applicable.
