#### Requirements

- Pricing in ZAR (VAT included); payment terms: 30 days from statement date; SAPO may offer upfront payment.
- Compliance: Tax PIN (SARS), CSD/MAAA registration; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE) or DTI BBBEE certificate; if a consortium, separate CSD/BBBEE for each party.

- Prototype: supply a sample vest to SCM Silverton within 2 weeks of preferred bidder notification.
- Packaging/Labeling: unique size numbers and compliant care labeling per specification.
