**Appointment of a service provider to perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts and cherry pickers at SABS Groenkloof, Secunda and Netfa for the period of 36 months.** The scope covers load testing/certification, preventative and corrective maintenance, asset documentation/management, and breakdown response for three locations over 36 months. Suitable bidders are service providers with forklift/cherry picker maintenance expertise, CIDB 3ME or higher, LME certification, COIDA registration, and the ability to submit pricing (fixed and hourly rates) plus parts markups.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory compliance: COIDA registration, CIDB – 3ME or Higher, LME (Lifting Equipment Entity) certificate by Chief Inspector per DMR (19).
- Documentation to submit: CSD registration report; valid BBBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit; SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure Form; SBD 6.1 Preference Points claim form.
- Technical functionality criteria (minimum 70%): Company experience; Facilitator/technician experience with forklift/cherry picker maintenance (CVs required, min 5 years); References (3–5 recent, relevant letters).
- Preference: 80/20 system (80 for price, 20 for specific goals) with eligibility to claim specific goals under the 2022 regulations.
