**Procurement of a service provider to produce a 7-minute marketing video for Ncome Museum and Ncome Lodge.** Eligible bidders are qualified video-production firms with 3–5 years’ experience in tourism/heritage or destination marketing, a demonstrated cinematic portfolio, and capacity for full production (pre-, production, post-). Deliverables include a final 7-minute video, a short promo cut, and access to raw/project files on request.

#### Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: 3–5 years in video production; proven experience in tourism/heritage or corporate/promotional videos; portfolio of 3–5 projects (links/files).
- Technical capability: access to 4K+ cameras, a drone with licensed operator, stabilisation gear (gimbals/tripods); demonstrable editing, colour grading, and sound design skills.
- Team: Director/Producer, Videographer(s), Editor.
- Compliance: valid business registration, tax compliance status; BBBEE status (or sworn affidavit) for preference points; compliant with CSD (or CSD number) and tax PIN.
- Deliverables and rights: final 7-minute video, optional promo cut, all raw footage; final outputs remain property of Ncome Museum; provide project files on request.
- Evaluation criteria: relevant experience/portfolio quality; understanding of brief; technical approach; cost-effectiveness; ability to meet timelines.
- Pricing: include detailed breakdown (pre-production, filming, post-production) and any additional costs; total project cost (VAT inclusive if applicable).
