#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to provide an Organisational Culture Masterclass and Workshops for ATNS general employees.** The RFQ seeks a partner to socialise and embed ATNS culture values through in-person masterclasses and engagement sessions across ATNS regions, based on a prior culture survey. Suitable bidders are service providers with expertise in organisational development, psychology, HR development, change management or related fields, capable of delivering lead and supporting facilitators and a measurable embedding plan. #### Requirements
- Lead Facilitator: minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, NQF Level 8 qualification in a related field, SAQA-accredited degree, CV, and documents not older than 3 months.
- Supporting Facilitators: at least two, each with ≥5 years’ experience and NQF Level 7 qualification, with degree and CV.
- Compliance documents: SARS Tax Compliance PIN valid for 60 days; CSD registration; CIPC documents; shareholder certificates and IDs for shareholders/directors (juristic/natural persons).
- B-BBEE: valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs/QSEs).
- Bid documents: fully completed SBD forms (SBD 1 Part A & B, SBD 4, GCC acknowledgment) and pricing schedule.
- Evidence of experience: reference letters for organisational culture transformation (not older than 10 years), on client letterhead with contact details.
- Bidding structure: indicate structure (Individual, JV/Consortium, with/without Sub-Contractors) and provide OEM authorisation if applicable.
- Delivery: in-person masterclasses/workshops across ATNS regions.
