**Appointment of a Service Provider to Provide Backup Software, Maintenance and Support for Three Years for the Department of Agriculture (DOA), via SITA.** Bidders should be OEM/OSM-accredited resellers/partners with proven backup software maintenance capability, able to install and roll out licenses to 200 servers nationwide, provide on-site support (time-based) and deliver training to two DOA ICT officials. #### Requirements
- OEM/OSM accreditation as a reseller/partner for the proposed backup software.
- Minimum three (3) South African clients (government or corporate) serviced in the last three years; supply reference letters (Annex A/Table 6).
- Acceptance of all Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) and GCC; no counter-conditions.
- Registration on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliance status (PIN/CSD number).
- Completion of mandatory returnables and submission of pricing and preference documentation (SBDs 4, 6.1) with evidence for 80/20 preferences.
