- Proof of accreditation and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliance status (SARS PIN) or CSD number (each party in a joint venture/consortium must provide separate TCS/CSD as applicable).
- Mandatory briefing session attendance (attendance register required).
- Submission of all required bidding documents, including pricing schedules and SBD forms, in accordance with PFMA and GCC/SCC.
