## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to provide conferencing and events management services to the MHSC for a period of three years.** This RFB invites professional event management firms with experience in venue bookings, registrations, AV, catering, marquis/outdoor setups, branding, and related Secretariat services. Eligible bidders should have relevant certifications, tax/compliance in order, and be able to operate across South Africa’s regions.

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration with a valid number, or equivalent proof; tax compliance status (SARS PIN) or CSD number if no PIN; provideDocumentation as required in SBDs.  
- Submit on official forms only (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD3); include pricing schedule and any required BBBEE documentation.  
- Stage 1 evaluation: minimum 70% functionality across five criteria (experience, reference letters, project team leader experience, project team members’ experience, methodology/project plan).  
- Stage 2 evaluation: price (80 points) and specific goals (20 points) with SBD 6.1 claims; include valid BBBEE proof.  
- Contract terms: three-year scope; payment within 30 days of invoice; adherence to GCC/SCC; performance security as applicable.  
- Mandatory briefing session: 31 July 2026 (13:00) via Microsoft Teams (mandatory).  
- Compliance with POPIA, OHS, and MHSC bidding rules; no fronting or collusion; due diligence possible on shortlisted bids.
