#### Requirements

- At least three reference letters for similar podcast or audiovisual production projects within the past five years (11.2.2).
- Demonstrated experience in podcast production, studio recording, audio engineering, video production/editing, and social media content production (5.2).
- Qualified personnel: Producer/Project Manager; Audio Technician/Sound Engineer; Video Editor; Camera Operator (where applicable) (5.3).
- Access to a professional studio, professional equipment, and editing/post-production capability (5.4).
- Compliance/documentation: CSD registration; valid Tax Clearance (or PIN); BBBEE certificate; SBD 4 declaration; SBD 6.1 (Phase 1).
