## Summary

#### Overview
**SAFCOL seeks to appoint a service provider to hire a construction grader to work around Far-North Limpopo SAFCOL Plantations as and when required (wet rate).** The scope covers hiring a motor grader (TLB) to Woodbush and Entabeni plantations with delivery to site and on-site operation as needed (wet rate, including GET, operator and fuel). The contract includes establishment/de-establishment costs and requires proof of ownership of the grader.

#### Requirements
- Fully complete the RFQ on company letterhead; bid responses emailed to the specified address.
- Latest Tax Clearance and SARS compliance.
- BBBEE verification from SANAS-accredited agency or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE.
- CSD registration (or MA number) and register within 7 working days of award if not already.
- IDs of company directors.
- Returnable: SBD forms signed and included.
- Proof of ownership of the grader (ownership in the company’s name; lease not acceptable).

- Supplier Code of Conduct acknowledgement.
- Proof of insurance and compliance with road safety/OHS laws; daily log sheets for drivers/operators; vehicles/machinery must be roadworthy.
