#### Overview
**RFQ to appoint a service provider to provide hiring of Construction TLB 4x4 (Min. 92kW) to work South Region Plantations as and when required (Wet rate).** Target bidders are firms that hire heavy construction equipment, can provide a grader-proof of ownership (see Phase 2), and meet SAFCOL’s BBBEE, tax, and registration requirements. The South region covers Belfast, Nelsghoote, Berlin and Uitsoek.

#### Requirements
- Complete RFQ on company letterhead; submit via email to the addresses provided; include the RFQ number in the subject.
- Returnable documents: latest Tax Clearance; latest SANAS-B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE); CSD Report or MAAA number; ID copies of company directors; Official quotation on letterhead; supplier code of conduct.
- Pre-qualifications: Registration with CSD (or register within 7 days of award); proof of ownership for the Grader (no lease/letter of intent acceptable).
- Technical/compliance: Wet rate includes diesel and operator; machine delivered to site within 5 working days after PO; vehicles/machinery must be roadworthy and OHS-compliant; daily log sheets by drivers/operators; invoicing based on machine hours and kilometers; insurance coverage for incidents.
- Evaluation: Phase 1 Administrative; Phase 2 Mandatory (proof of ownership for grader); Phase 3 Price (80) and Specific Goals (20). Specific goals include 51% Black Ownership, 30% Black Women Ownership, 51% owned by people with disabilities, and 51% Black Youth Owned.
