#### Requirements

- CSD registration (or MAAA number) and company registration documents.

- Completed SBD forms and all requested returnable documents.  
- Ensure compliance with all conditions (e.g., prices inclusive of VAT; no delivery before PO).  
- Phase 1 administrative criteria must be met; Phase 2 price and specific-goals scoring apply (80/20).
