- Minimum 5 years in ID verification or similar services; at least six (6) contactable reference letters from RSA clients.
- Ability to perform online verification via Home Affairs NPR and API integration; initial bulk verification of ~25,000 learners.
- Robust security: encryption in transit and at rest; HTTPS/SSL/TLS; VPN; regular security audits, monitoring and logging.
- High availability: 99.9% uptime, with 24/7 support for critical issues; defined SLAs.
- Compliance and confidentiality: POPIA compliance; NDA; data protection and non-disclosure obligations.
- Pre-qualification: register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); valid tax clearance; full SBD4/SBD6.1 submissions; CIPC docs; certified IDs; shareholding documentation.
