**HSRC seeks a single service provider to deliver a 12-month, integrated programme consisting of individual and virtual executive coaching for 10 Directors and an e-learning leadership development platform for 100 Managers and 800 DSTI/NSF interns, delivered through an e-learning platform.** The bidder must provide all three components, including platform hosting for ~900 users, with compliance to public-sector procurement rules and data-security requirements (data within SA).

- Integrated proposal covering: executive coaching, leadership development for managers, and workplace readiness for interns; capacity to deliver all three.
