#### Requirements
- Project Director/Team Leader must hold CIA or CA(SA) with proof; engagement leader must have >10 years internal audit experience and at least 5 years as a director, plus CIA/CA(SA).
- ICT Lead must hold an ISACA certification (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISM) with proof.
- Fully operational office in Gauteng.
- Mandatory returnable documents: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD3 (pricing), and SBD7 (contract form) completed as required.
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Verification PIN or CSD number; CSD registration if applicable; proof for each party in a JV/consortium.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration is mandatory; tax compliance verification required.
- External Quality Assurance: evidence of EQAR (Generally Conforms) within the last 5 years (IIA-approved EQAR).
- Compulsory briefing attendance; verifiable company references (public sector) and CVs for key staff (Director/Partner, ICT Lead, Internal Audit Manager, auditors).
