**ATNS invites bids from landscaping and gardening service providers to supply landscaping and gardening services at ATNS Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) station and related locations for five years on an “as and when” basis.** The scope covers shrubs, cultivation, pruning, litter removal, equipment and maintenance across the FAPE region and remote sites; site briefing on 08 July 2026, and closing on 27 July 2026 at 11:00 CAT. #### Requirements
- CIDB Grade: minimum 3SH or higher; proof of registration and CRS number.  
- COIDA: valid Letter of Good Standing.  
- Locality footprint: proof of presence in Gqeberha (municipal account, lease, or MoU with a locally based partner).  
- SARS Tax Compliance: valid PIN/TCS or proof of CSD registration.  
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or active application.  
- B-BBEE: 51% black-owned and 30% black-woman-owned eligibility; provide CSD, CIPC docs, shareholder certificates, IDs, and B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.  
- Optional: Declaration of Interest and Bidder’s Disclosure; comply with POPIA; complete SBD forms (pricing, PPPFA) as required.
