## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to provide occupation qualification and assessment development services.** The BANKSETA seeks a qualified firm to review registered qualifications, develop new qualifications, create QAS addenda and assessment instruments (including EISA), rectify unregistered qualifications, and develop RPL tools and learning materials, over a 3-year contract. Suitable bidders are organisations with HR/Qualification Development expertise, proven track records in qualification development, QAS tools, assessment tools, learning materials, and RPL.

#### Requirements
- Minimum two team members per role (team leader and facilitator), with the team leader being an existing director/employee of the bidder.  
- Team leader: HR Qualification or Qualification Development at NQF Level 6+ and experience in qualification development.  
- Team member/facilitator: HR Qualification or Qualification Development at NQF Level 6+ and experience in qualification/development-related activities (e.g., review, QAS Addenda, assessment tools, exemplars/memoranda, RPL, learning materials).  
- Demonstrable track record: reference letters on client letterhead for relevant work (qualification development/review, QAS/addenda or tools, RPL/tools or learning materials).  
- Compliance: bidder must be on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), tax compliant, and able to do state business; special conditions signed.
