**Appointment of a service provider to deliver Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Committee Members Training.** The provider will train Ingonyama Trust employees (approximately five participants) on OHS legislative framework, roles, risk management, incident processes, and OHS committee functionality, over 2–3 days, in English, with certificates issued. Delivery is at 65 Trelawney Road, Southgate, Pietermaritzburg. Eligible bidders are experienced OHS training providers with formal qualifications and strong stakeholder references; must be tax and supplier compliant and BBBEE-certified.

#### Requirements
- Mandatory (minimum) requirements
  - Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  - Valid Tax Compliance Status
  - Company registration documents
  - Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
  - Signed SBD forms

- Technical requirements
  - Minimum 3 years in occupational health and safety training
  - Demonstrated experience in OHS Committee Member Training
  - At least three contactable references for similar work (last five years)
  - Detailed training methodology

- Facilitator requirements
  - Facilitators with an OHS qualification (and recognised facilitator qualification)
  - Assessor registration if assessments are conducted
  - At least 3 years’ OHS training experience
  - Knowledge of South African OHS legislation

- Deliverables and reporting
  - Training plan, programme/agenda, learner manuals, facilitator guides, materials, assessment instruments
  - Attendance registers, participant assessments, learner evaluations
  - Training report, assessment results, certificates, and improvement recommendations

- Preference points (Specific goals)
  - 80/20 preference system; company within KwaZulu-Natal allocated 20 points (as per tender table)
  - Proof/documentation required to claim points

- Additional: SBD forms and pricing schedules must be completed as part of the bid package (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4 referenced)
