## Summary

#### Overview
**SAFCOL seeks to appoint an integrated Occupational Health and Wellness (OH&W) service provider to render a comprehensive OH&W programme for three months across SAFCOL sites.** Bidders should have proven OH&W delivery capability, including medical surveillance, disease management, HIV/AIDS/EAP, and PPP-enabled services; staffing must cover clinics in Levubu (Timbadola), Sabie (Spitskop), and a mobile unit for Highveld, with appropriate staffing and governance.

#### Requirements
- Proven experience delivering integrated OH&W across multiple SAFCOL regions, with capability to deploy clinics (Levubu, Sabie) and a mobile unit (Highveld) and to coordinate across dispersed operations.
- Staffing must include at least: 1 Occupational Health Doctor per two clinics plus mobile unit, minimum 3 OH nurses (one per clinic), and at least one administrator/technician per clinic; plus clinic cleaners as needed.
- Service must include PPP arrangements for HIV/AIDS management and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) with 24/7 confidential access, reporting, and psychosocial support.
- Compliance: latest Tax Clearance, SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit, CSD (or MAAA) number, IDs of company directors; SBD documents signed and submitted.
- Additional: adherence to data protection/ confidentiality, VAT-inclusive pricing, and SAFCOL’s right to award in full or part.
