#### Requirements

- Detailed CVs for required resources: Senior Consultant (≥5 years, Oracle EBS Financials), Junior Consultant (≥2 years), plus HRMS/HCM, Procurement personnel; include module coverage and references.
- Proof of Oracle Partner/Reseller status (certificate or Oracle-confirmation letter) valid on bid closing.
- ISO 9001 Certification.
- Teams and SLAs: multi-level support (1st/2nd/3rd line), 24/7/365 availability, Service Delivery Manager with monthly reports, gap analysis within 6 months, implementation of Oracle Fixed Asset Module in Year 1, regular skills transfer.
- Scope and infrastructure readiness: Linux/KVM administration, DBAs, Developers, and functional consultants in required roles.
- CSD registration (proof) and SARS TCS/PIN; where applicable, CSD number; separate TCS/PIN for each consortium member.
- Preference points: claim 51% Black Ownership and 30% Black Woman Owned; provide CSD, CIPC, shareholder certs, IDs, and B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs).
