- Two (2) signed reference letters from recent clients (last 6 years) with company name, contact, and contact details.
- Lead consultant: postgraduate qualification in HR/Business Management; at least five (5) years’ Paterson experience.
- Support consultant: postgraduate qualification in HR/Business Management; at least three (3) years’ Paterson experience.
- Fully inclusive quotation (incl. VAT) with project plan, timelines, resources, and capacity details.
- CSD registration number; BBBEE certificate; tax clearance; SBD forms completed (SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1).
- Compliance with applicable procurement policies and confidentiality; potential for site/records verification.
