**Appointment of a service provider to provide Orientation and Mobility (O&M) services for a blind employee** within the Department of Science and Innovation to support accessibility during the relocation to a new building. Bid is open to qualified O&M instructors with relevant certifications, experience, and capability to deliver during office hours (BRUMMERIA/Lynwood, Tshwane).

#### Requirements
- Proof of registration to the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Tax compliance per CSD or SARS e-filing.
- Completed and signed SBD forms: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1.
- Certified BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Detailed company profile (experience, accreditation, directorship).
- Qualification certificate or diploma in orientation and mobility service.
- CV of a person with at least 2 years’ experience in O&M.
- Submit the methodology.
- References/track record of similar activities.
- Prices inclusive of VAT, linked to specific tasks; services during working hours (as per TOR) (06. TOR.docx for scope).
