- Training: minimum of two (2) half-day training sessions for different user groups; digital guides and training videos.
- Compliance: registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); complete SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; sign General Conditions; tax-compliant; disclose conflicts of interest.
- Proposals must include three positive, contactable references for similar services within the last 12 months.
- Intellectual Property: ASA owns rights to outputs; SLA to be negotiated; adherence to standard terms.
- Preference points: claims for SMMEs and specific-goal ownership (e.g., >50% Black female/youth ownership) with supporting evidence.
- Mandatory briefing attendance; non-attendance leads to disqualification.
- Bid validity: proposals valid for 90 days.
