**Procurement of a service provider to deliver risk management training for Ingonyama Trust’s Risk Champions and Managers.** Bidders should be experienced training providers with public-sector risk management expertise (PFMA, governance frameworks) and strong facilitator credentials. #### Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience in risk management training; SA government/public entity exposure preferred.
- Demonstrated PFMA/governance and public-sector risk training experience; three related reference letters in last five years.
- Lead facilitator qualifications: degree in a relevant field; preference for CRMA, IRMSA, CIA, IIA, or equivalent. Five years’ facilitation experience in government contexts.
- Training must cover governance framework, fundamentals, risk identification/assessment/mitigation, reporting, and risk champions’ roles.
- Deliverables: implementation plan, detailed course outline, facilitator CVs, learner materials, assessments, attendance records, final report, and certificates.
- Technical/operational: 2–5 day training period; adult-learning approach; group exercises, case studies, simulations; pre/post assessments; electronic/printed materials; delivery via face-to-face or virtual.
