#### Overview
**SAFCOL seeks to appoint a service provider to provide roundlog log transport services at Ngome Plantation.** The scope covers short-haul timber transport (pine sawlogs) within 0–15 km, with equipment readiness and uptime targets; suitable bidders include forestry/logistics operators with appropriate logging trucks, three-wheel loggers, COF/licensing, SANAS-accredited BBBEE verification (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit), and up-to-date tax clearance/CSD.

#### Requirements
- Equipment and operations: minimum two 6x4 or 6x6 rigid logger body truck tractors; two or more three-wheel loggers; COF and licences; equipment available immediately after award; OEM/dealer proximity recommended.
- Documentation and proof: enatis RC1 or LCO (or proof of purchase/lease agreement if owned or leased); rate schedule filled (Schedule 6); returnable documents: tax clearance, BBBEE SANAS certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA number, IDs of directors, supplier code of conduct.
- Compliance and evaluation: all SBD forms signed; tax status verified; adherence to brand/specification; administrative and mandatory compliance; price (80) and specific goals (20) evaluation.
- Specific goals (points): at least 51% Black Owned; at least 30% Black Women Owned; at least 51% Owned By People With Disabilities; at least 51% Youth Owned.
- Disqualifications: non-compliant tax status; fraudulent/misleading information; listed on restricted suppliers/defaulters; failure to meet specifications.
