#### Requirements
- Valid SAS-accredited reseller certificate and/or SAS letter of good standing (CMS may verify with SAS). 
- Tax/compliance: submit SARS PIN; provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number if no TCS; separate TCS for JV/consortia; CSD number if not TCS. 
- Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include CSD number on SBD1. 
- Complete and sign official forms: SBD1, SBD4, and SBD6.1; provide proof of authority. 
- Mandatory documents for specific goals: B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; HDI, Black Women Owned, Persons with Disabilities, Youth proofs as applicable; attach IDs and related CIPC docs.
