- Operating scope: 24/7 guarding for Pretoria NBG; fixed shifts (12-hour cycles) and ad hoc coverage for events; strict access control, vehicle control, cash handling at entrances; incident logs and emergency response duties.
- Equipment and infrastructure: control room, two-way radios/PTT, clocking system, weapons/defense gear where allowed, branded uniforms, vehicles, and security registers.
- Health, safety and environment: OHSA, COIDA, NEM, Waste Act compliance; induction and on-site safety files; incident reporting within 24 hours.
- Documentation and evaluation: detailed proposals with references (minimum five), financial capacity, site/project manager and supervisor CVs, training plan, and evidence of capacity; site inspection requirement.
