## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks a service provider to provide security services for Msunduzi Plantation (Block-A) for a period of three months.** Bidders should be security providers with PSIRA registration, qualified staff, and the ability to meet local (Msunduzi Local Municipality) requirements and SAFCOL’s SHEQ and legal standards.

#### Requirements
- PSIRA registration for the company and for company directors; valid PSIRA good standing.
- Proof of locality showing residence in Msunduzi Local Municipality (letter from the municipality, stamped and dated).
- Latest tax clearance and proof of tax matters with SARS (SARS PIN/Tax Clearance).
- CSD registration (or MA/AA number) and official company registration documents.
- BBBEE certificate (SANAS-accredited) or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE.
- ID copies of company directors; Supplier Code of Conduct signed.
- SBD documents signed and included with quotation.
- Locality and specific goals evidenced for 80/20 preference points (Black Owned, Black Women Owned, People with Disabilities, Youth Owned).
- Compliance with SHEQ, legal, and labour statutory requirements (SHEQ: SAFCOL NOSA/FSC/BOP; legal: PSIRA, PII, OHSA, BCEA, LRA, POPIA, etc.; labour: working hours, leave, overtime).
- Scope of work includes specified guard grades, shifts, and a 4x4 patrol vehicle with tracker; adherence to NEC4 terms and client’s inspection/quality requirements (as per attached contract data: RFQ/MSU/012/2026) (see attached document).
