**Appointment of a service provider to provide snake awareness training for the IASP for Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife.** Bidders should have expertise in snake identification, snake handling, snakebite treatment, and training delivery, with three suitably qualified personnel, and be able to deliver across KwaZulu-Natal reserves (venues listed in the pricing schedule).

#### Requirements
- Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration and tax/compliance requirements; SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN where applicable; and proof for consortia/JVs.
- Three trained personnel for delivery (Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator) with CVs and certificates in snake identification, handling, or snakebite treatment.
- Compliance with public-bid rules (no State employees as bidders/partners; sign authority forms; complete all questions; attach supporting documents).
- Preference points: 80/20 system with specific goals (e.g., 51% Black ownership, Black women, youth, and KwaZulu-Natal location) and required proof (CSD report, etc.).
- Mandatory briefing attendance; sign-in required; non-attendance can disqualify.
- All bids must use official forms, be PDF only, submitted by email, and consist of a single compressed file if large (RFQ 03/09/2026).
