**Appointment of a service provider to provide support and maintenance on the Human Resources System (SAGE 300 People) for Agrément South Africa.** Bidders with SAGE 300 People HRIS maintenance experience, a certified SAGE Business Partner, and capability to train users should bid; scope includes HR, payroll and related modules per the Terms of Reference.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliant.  
- Submit completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms and signed General Conditions of Contract.  
- Provide proof of Certified SAGE Business Partner and at least three positive, contactable reference letters.  
- Submit a price schedule (recurring and once-off costs) covering modules (HR, Payroll, etc.) and setup/training; include VAT.  
- Deploy a Service Level Agreement detailing resources, inclusions/exclusions, and standard turnaround times (see General Conditions).  
- Adhere to confidentiality, anti-corruption, and PFMA/SCC requirements; submit truthful disclosures (SBD 4).  
- Mandatory commitments on HRIS modules as specified in the RFC: HR Master Data, Performance Management, Leave, L&D, Employee Relations, Employment Equity, Payroll, Personnel management (Terms of Reference).
