## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of a service provider to provide Television Commercial Production (TVC) to the Special Investigating Unit (SIU).** Bidders with end-to-end TVC production capability (pre-production to distribution), including casting, scheduling, translations/subtitles, voiceover, music licensing, editing and delivery for broadcast/digital platforms, and who meet CSD registration, tax compliance, and BBBEE requirements, are invited to bid.

#### Requirements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Tax compliant (CSD Overall Tax Status compliant) with SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status certificate.
- Confirm ability to deliver in line with the Scope of Work/ToR.
- Provide one or more reference letters on company letterhead with contact details.
- Provide two commercial productions (with links or copies).
- Provide project manager contact details.
- Submit statutory documents: ID copies of directors, CIPC registration, SARS PIN, BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit.
- Complete and sign RFQ documents including SBD4 and SBD6.1.
- Not be listed on tender-defaulters/restricted suppliers and be willing to undergo SIU/state vetting and confidentiality processes.
- Agreement to sign SLA if awarded; adhere to SIU terms and post-delivery requirements.
