**Appointment of a service provider to provide Orbital System CTR and STR support services, including client screening, and license renewal for a three-year period.** Bidders should be experienced IT/AML vendors, with Orbital OEM or accredited partner status, capable of maintaining and enhancing the Orbital CTR/STR and client-screening environment, and addressing regulatory changes (FIC, POPIA).

#### Requirements
- OEM or accredited/approved Orbital partner/reseller; provide OEM letter.
- Proposal/methodology and CVs of assigned project team.
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN, Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; separate TCS/CSD for each consortium/partner; ineligible if in service of state.
- CSD registration and good standing with SARS; SBD 1 (invitation to bid) with resolution; SBD 4 (declaration of interest); SBD 6.1 (preference form).
- Proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution).
- KwaZulu-Natal office (for evaluation) with proof; client references relating to Orbital CTR/STR or AML in past 5 years.
- Preference points documentation for specific goals (e.g., Black/Women/Youth ownership, disability) if claimed.
