- Minimum team: lead English-to-isiZulu translator, isiZulu editor/proofreader, quality assurance reviewer, and desktop publishing/formatting support.
- Quality standards: minimum three-stage QA (translation, editing/terminology review, final proofreading/formatting).
- Deliverables: fully translated isiZulu 178-page report, edited/proofread document, terminology glossary, editable Word file, and a QA declaration.
- Turnaround: about 25 to 30 working days from appointment; first draft 15–20 days, ITB review 5 days, final version 5 days.
